• Processing time is separate from shipping time

• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays

During high-volume periods (such as launches, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

Delayed or Lost Packages

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At JoRays Strandz, we take pride in providing high-quality luxury hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.


 All Sales Are Final

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.

This includes:
  Bundles
  Closures
  Frontals
 Wigs
   Raw Indian Hair


 Order Issues

If you receive:
The wrong item
 A damaged product

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:
Order number
  Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will provide a resolution if the claim is valid.


Used or Altered Products

We do not accept returns on:
 Worn hair
  Installed units
     Combed, brushed, or altered products
     Lace that has been cut or tampered with

Hair must remain in its original condition and packaging.
